I see that I never posted the pic of it horizontal. I would sure like to see your progress as it goes along if you don’t mind. Well ran in to a few problems moving the shop inside.

KMG clone I built
Are you going to have a shop cut the metal for you k,g try cutting it yourself? Wish I would have made mine from aluminum.
Results 1 to 12 of A few guys on the machinists sites are running mills and stuff on them and they seem to be for the most part happy with them. However let it be known there are some things that are not km to par in the plans and do need to be modified to work properly some holes are off and others kjg to be changed to a larger size to prevent malfunctions with the grinder. I am building a grinder myself.
There’s just no good way to keep the dust out of circulation. That’s all the kmb of the different components of the grinder. The mess they make isn’t suitable for most shops.
