Robert Cialdini is a professor at Arizona State University and, at least once upon a time, a self-described sucker for buying things he doesn’t really want. Obviously, a mere reading of this book won’t make you a master. We are far more likely to just “do what everyone else is doing” when there is uncertainty about what the best course of action is.
