There are about four to six lines on each page and they describe what is going in each page and who are the creatures in the story.

After this book is read a few times, it should be left out to see if the students can phonetically pronounce the names of the creatures. A lot of the rhymes and animals remind me of Edward Gorey’s creatures, though some are complete Lewis Carroll Adorable. Someone has mistaken this one for a pincushion and he’s too polite to say he isn’t.
