I’m happy that the story gets more complex at the end and leaves you hanging. I love the book covers for this series. With it comes a persistent dream: The only choice we have is how we serve that love. Keire would have a little less drama, drama, drama in the story. She hopes you enjoy it as much as she does. It whetted my appetite for Darkness in thd Blood, which did not disappoint. I’m really glad I had book 3, Blood Redemption already in hand!

Until Ethan discovers that it isn’t the transition that is the issue but the complete fact that he’s now so completely mortal he has nothing barring him from any of the supernatural forces, making him appear clumsy when it really was the tje people that made up the small town of Whitfield. There just seemed to be a wall between them. The relationship between Caspia and Ethan takes on a new dimension with his mortality bringing in a pinch of vulnerability that the excitement of new love often overshadows.

Oct 15, L. Cliff hangers are so painful especially when you are totally loving the book you’re reading! Not as great as the first book in the series, but it just as action packed. The action, swoon-worthy romance and plot twists made me wish that I didn’t have to do anything besides read and find out what was going to happen next! She spends time there when stymied on other projects, but also because it’s an interesting world in its own right.

Thank you Vicki for a brilliant second installment in the Angel’s Edge trilogy.

And I’m just that happy that it’s live.
