One of the biggest reasons why I got the book was that I was having a hard time being able to breath for runs lasting longer than 20 minutes. I’m going to have to work a bit more with this and revisit parts of the book. Another one I didn’t review at the time of reading but I can say this running style made my half marathon time 11 minutes quicker so it definitely works. It’s easy to overdo some of the techniques or to do them incorrectly, so listening to your body and how it’s responding is a good thing.

This is a task that most children could carry out with relative ease. The book is well written and presented in simple, easy to understand language.

They were busy playing tag and chasing balls and just doing what kids do best — running around. The most important knowledge I gained was how to quiet my mind so I could listen to my body.
